This is a one year program, broken down into thirteen 28-day months. You’ll receive weekly topics that include various tasks and activities to perform during the week. Each week builds upon the previous week, helping you become stronger and more focused throughout the year. Diet and weight loss is an ongoing focus, while other vital aspects of a truly healthy, happy life are also simultaneously worked on. The program includes:

Files and Software
This program consists of activities and information delivered via this web site, and may also include a few emails. As such, Internet access is required. No special software, other than a web browser that can read this site, is required. So, if you’re reading this, you’ve got all you’ll need to participate.
Content Delivery
Once signed up, you will be granted access to one new, successive level of the program each week. Access to your first level will generally take place immediately (or at the latest within one day of signing up). After that, each successive level will be accessible automatically every seven days.
